This is a fairly large set of modular planters and plants. Some of them are Base Game and others require specific packs but you can pick and choose what you like from the main folder in the download link below.
You'll find most of these in Decor > Ceiling & Plants or under Wall Attachments in the Build Catalog. Some of the hanging plants will actually attach to the ceiling but once you move them near a planter they will slot into it just fine.
